Paano Natalo ng Baryo ang Halimaw? (How Did the Village Defeat the Monster?)

This children's storybook is published by the ILOCOS CENTER FOR RESEARCH, EMPOWERMENT, AND DEVELOPMENT, INC. (ICRED) through the support of the TAIWAN FOUNDATION FOR DEMOCRACY, as part of its efforts to share the collective story of coastal communities located in the West Philippine Sea that are faced by several socioeconomic problems compounded by shrinking human rights and democratic spaces, through the eyes of the children in these areas.
